Therapeutic Style:

My therapeutic style is centered around collaboration, openness, acceptance, and authenticity. I am a strengths-based clinician that is also solution focused. My goal is to foster an environment in which a client feels safe and comfortable. I support my clients through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational interviewing, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

  • M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University

Personal Interests:

I enjoy anything related to Pokémon, video games, superheroes, and cooking. I also love cats and beer cheese. I’m a fan of the Cincinnati Bengals, FC Cincinnati, The Columbus Crew, Kentucky basketball/football, and more recently….OSU football. Go Bucks!
