Therapeutic Style:

My goal as a therapist is for my clients to feel heard and seen. I strive to create an environment of mutual trust and respect. I have a client centered, strengths-based approach and I integrate concepts of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy throughout. I believe establishing a collaborative relationship will help achieve the best outcomes.

Professional Interests:

My professional interests include women’s issues & empowerment, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, identity exploration, family of origin concerns, depression and anxiety.

Educational Background:

I am a two-time proud graduate of The Ohio State University. I graduated in 2013 with my bachelor’s degree in international studies. I obtained my master’s degree in social work in 2018.

Personal Interests:

I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling to new places, going to concerts and baking with my daughter.
