Therapeutic Style:

I help the student to examine their past and present experiences and better understand the impact this has on their present day. I believe that treatment can come in a variety of formats, whether that be through medication, therapy, lifestyle modification, or a combination of all.  I take a holistic, patient-centered approach to providing psychiatric care from the biopsychosocial model in medicine. I work with the student to help them to achieve their full potential.

Professional Interests:

My clinical interests include a holistic treatment approach to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, addictions, and wellness strategies for emotional health including mindfulness.
