Therapeutic Style:

My therapeutic style is from a family systems perspective and utilize interpersonal process, psychodynamic, feminist, narrative, gestalt and cognitive behavioral theories.

Supervision Style: 

My supervision style is collaborative and empowerment-based. I hope to create an environment with trainees in which they feel safe to make mistakes, explore themselves, and grow!

Professional Interests:

My professional interests are women’s issues and empowerment, couple’s work, anxiety, family of origin issues, healing from sexual violence, and working with clients who have experienced trauma.

Groups and Liaison Roles:

I co-facilitate two groups: I Thought It Was Me, which is a process group for people with difficult family situations; and Surviving to Thriving, a group for survivors of sexual trauma. I also work with couples around relationship concerns.

Education background:

I received my MSW from Tulane University in New Orleans.

Personal Interests:

In my free time, I enjoy outdoors, playing tennis, hiking, ceramics and movies.
