Therapeutic Style:

My goal is to work with the student to help them to achieve their full potential. I help the student to examine their past and present experiences as well as their hopes for the future to better understand the impact these have on their present situation. I emphasize the importance of incorporating multiple forms of treatment, including medication, psychotherapy, diet, physical activity, and mindfulness into the student’s treatment plan.
