Therapeutic Style:

My clinical approach is relational and strengths-based. In general, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and holistic strategies into my therapeutic work. It is important to me to create an environment that is empathic and healing, where students feel safe & empowered to reach their goals.

Supervision Style: 

My supervision style is collaborative and individualized to the unique needs and goals of each individual.

Professional Interests:

My professional areas of interest include crisis intervention, wellness, trauma, grief and loss, and substance use.

Groups and Liaison Roles:

I serve as the liaison for Military and Veteran students.

Educational Background:

I received my Master's degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University.

Personal Interests:

I enjoy spending time with loved ones, being outdoors, exercise, sports, and travel.
