Therapeutic Style:

My theoretical orientation is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy. I strongly value a collaborative working alliance with my clients and flexibly incorporating the therapeutic exercises that would be most useful in helping clients reach their goals. I also value the role of identity and cultural diversity in the process of treatment. 

Professional Interests:

My research is focused on examining the process-outcome relationship in cognitive therapy for depression.

Educational Background:

I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Philosophy and my Master’s in Psychology from The Ohio State University. I am currently a student in Ohio State’s Clinical Psychology doctoral program.

Personal Interests:

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, eating good cuisine, and hanging out with my puppy.
