My theoretical orientation is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy. I strongly value a collaborative working alliance with my clients and flexibly incorporating the therapeutic exercises that would be most useful in helping clients reach their goals. I also value the role of identity and cultural diversity in the process of treatment.
My research is focused on examining the process-outcome relationship in cognitive therapy for depression.
