I believe that all clients are unique and my therapeutic approach reflects this notion. My style is integrative to meet the needs of my clients in the best way possible. I utilize a strength-based approach to therapy as well as client-centered, CBT, gestalt, and feminist theories.
My clinical interests include resiliency particularly surrounding marginalized groups (including but not limited to: LGBTQ+, minorities, first generation college students), women’s issues, trauma, anxiety, and sexual violence survivors.
Groups and Liaison Roles:
I co-facilitate the Women's Therapy Group 25+ group at CCS. In addition I am the President of Counselors for Social Justice at The Ohio State University.
I am currently pursuing my Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling here at Ohio State. I am a returning Buckeye; I have previously earned my bachelor's degree in psychology at Ohio State as well.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, hanging out with friends, playing with my dog, and watching OSU football.
