Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I also utilize narrative therapy approaches in helping clients narrate and understand their stories, as well as the impact those stories have on their functioning.

Bachelors in Psychology with a minor in Natural Science. Undergraduate was completed in England. I earned my MA in Counseling from Methodist Theological School in Ohio.
