I work from an integrative approach, incorporating elements of interpersonal and cognitive-behavioral frameworks. I also like to blend in aspects of humanistic and strengths-based approaches. I believe it is important to tailor therapy to the client’s needs, create a collaborative approach, and find creative and meaningful ways to help individuals cope and thrive.
My professional interests include student-athlete mental health, sport and performance psychology, body image, and disordered eating. I am also interested in trauma and working with military veterans.
I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2013 from The Ohio State University, and was also a member of the varsity swim team. Currently, I am completing my Psy.D. from Wright State University School of Professional Psychology.
My personal interests include spending time with loved ones, playing with my two dogs, living an active lifestyle, baking, and watching the Buckeyes on football Saturdays.
