Therapeutic Style:

I work from an integrative approach, incorporating elements of interpersonal and cognitive-behavioral frameworks. I also like to blend in aspects of humanistic and strengths-based approaches. I believe it is important to tailor therapy to the client’s needs, create a collaborative approach, and find creative and meaningful ways to help individuals cope and thrive. 

Professional Interests:

My professional interests include student-athlete mental health, sport and performance psychology, body image, and disordered eating. I am also interested in trauma and working with military veterans.

Educational Background:

I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2013 from The Ohio State University, and was also a member of the varsity swim team. Currently, I am completing my Psy.D. from Wright State University School of Professional Psychology. 

Personal Interests:

My personal interests include spending time with loved ones, playing with my two dogs, living an active lifestyle, baking, and watching the Buckeyes on football Saturdays.
