My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that is supportive, warm, and collaborative. I work under the philosophy that I can walk alongside you as you navigate aspects of your life. I may use Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, or Narrative Therapy to help you overcome obstacles and journey towards your values.
