My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that is supportive, warm, and collaborative. I work under the philosophy that I can walk alongside you as you navigate aspects of your life. I may use Solution-Focused Therapy, ACT, or Narrative Therapy to help you overcome obstacles and journey towards your values.

Personal Interests:

 Outside of work, I enjoy playing board games, video games, and trivia. I also love creating art such as drawing, knitting, and journaling.
