Therapeutic Style:

I like to conduct therapy in a way that fits with the client's needs. I adjust my therapeutic style as needed to match the client's goals, unique background, and presenting concerns. In general, I use client-centered, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral interventions throughout sessions. A focus on social justice and inclusivity is a backdrop of all of the work I do. I look forward to working together!
