Therapeutic Style:

 I tend to participate in client centered therapy. I believe this brings focus to specific clients. I lean towards CBT and psychodynamic approaches. However, I believe it is critical to adapt and change approaches to fit the needs of individuals.

Professional Interests:

I am professionally interested in anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns and affects of play. I believe that play should be more accepted and understood in the adult population. 

Groups and Liaison Roles:

I will be co-facilitating Graduate Group I in the Fall 2022 semester.

Educational Background:

I attended undergrad at Miami University in 2016-2020. I currently attend Wright State University for my Psy.M. and Psy.D.

Personal Interests:

I have a personal interest in traveling. I will often travel with my family as a way to relax. I also enjoy animals. When home, I spend a majority of my time with my dog (Chip) and my cat (Squeak).
