Therapeutic Style:

My therapeutic style is primarily utilizing IPT, Client Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt, and some CBT.

Supervision Style:

I believe in fostering growth through interpersonal development, trusting the process, believing in the supervisee, providing supportive feedback as well as constructive criticism.  I love going over case examples, learning in the moment, and fostering competence through exploring honest internal reactions. 

Professional Interests:

I enjoy providing therapy to a wide variety of students and presenting concerns.  

Groups and Liaison Roles:

I facilitate Grad Men's Group and Grad Group II.  I am the CCS representative for DARTT.  I am a member of the SMART committee and a liaison for Student Legal Service, Wellness Coaching, and Student Conduct.  

Education background:

I received my Master's in Clinical Counseling program at OSU.  

Personal Interests:

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my dog.
