Therapeutic Style:

My current therapeutic style leverages a strengths-based solution focused approach through interpersonal process, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology. I meet the client where they are and use a collaborative approach for setting intentions towards holistic health and wellness. 

Professional Interests:

My professional interests include wellness and prevention, performance enhancement, stigma reduction, social justice/allyship and working with clients experiencing eating concerns.

Groups and Liaison Roles:

I co-facilitate Graduate Group I with Alice Chi. This group focuses on wellness in all areas of graduate life and the goal is to optimize personal and academic success by promoting self-awareness and connection to others.

Educational Background:

I received my B.S.Ed. and M.A. from The Ohio State University. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Counselor Education with a focus in Clinical Counseling at The Ohio State University. I am also a certified Health & Wellness Coach. 

Personal Interests:

My personal interests include running, cycling, sailing, relaxing in the great outdoors, travel, and spending quality time with friends and family.
