Group Counseling and Workshops

Group therapy is a natural extension of the way we live our daily lives, and provides a venue for learning things about yourself and how you interact with others. There are many groups offered through Counseling and Consultation Service and they address a variety of student concerns.

The first step in joining a group is to schedule a phone screening to discuss what group may be right for you. Please also consider attending one of our drop-in workshops, available daily, Monday - Friday. Workshops are skills-focused, free, and open to all students.
