There are several on-demand mental health resources available through CCS and many additional opportunities through other offices on campus. Whether you just need to talk to someone or you want to learn new skills and strategies for improving your mental health, there are resources for you that you can access daily.
Other on-demand options include the Buckeye Peer Access Line through the Student Life Student Wellness Center.
