Talk to a Counselor

Being a university student has its joys and challenges.  There are times of celebration as well as times of higher stress.  Events in your personal life, on campus, and in the world, can impact you.  While the world is always changing, one thing that remains the same is CCS staff's commitment to serving each and every student here at Ohio State.  We value the lived experiences and unique backgrounds of our students who come from across the state of Ohio, the United States and the world.  We know how important it is for students to have a safe and confidential space to work through life's challenges and improve their mental health.  CCS is here, and we want to be here for you to help navigate challenges and opportunities in your life.  Our staff are always willing to support you, help improve your well-being, acknowledge the impact of your experiences, and affirm your existence.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you are in need of support!
