Grief and Loss

Grief is the normal response of sorrow, confusion and loss that comes from losing someone or something important to you. People can feel grief upon losing a job, a pet, a friendship, a relationship or moving somewhere new as well as during the death of a loved one. Each grief is unique, just as each relationship is unique. There is no time-table on grief, because learning to live without the one you loved may be a lifelong process.
