How do I get a superbill to be reimbursed?

How do I get my records to submit to the Disability Office for accommodation?

If you are in need of your clinical records (appointment history, therapy notes, etc), you can reach out to support@uwill.com to submit a request. The support team will send you a form to complete to authorize the release of your records. How do I get a letter to submit to the Disability Office for accommodation?

If you are in need of a letter, discuss this directly with the therapist that you are working with. Your therapist will ask questions about the requirements, the deadline, and the purpose of the letter. Therapists are not able to provide documentation after an initial visit, as these requests require full assessments to be completed, and often a clinical diagnosis. After the assessment is complete, your therapist will complete the documentation and share it with you via message through the Uwill platform.

What if I am 17 years old or younger?

Uwill will follow the same guidelines as Counseling and Consultation Service as outlined here.
