Therapeutic Style:

My therapeutic style is a strength-based approach while utilizing motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy,  solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapies. It is important for me to build relationships with clients and collaborate on goals and care. I have experience working with individuals, families, and groups in a variety of settings.

Supervision Style: 

Similarly to my therapeutic style, my approach to supervision is collaborative and strength-based. I enjoy working with trainees in developing their clinical skills and professional identities.
