Therapeutic Style:

I find my therapeutic home within the context of an intersectional, Black Feminist lens, while incorporating elements of Emotion Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Relational Cultural Therapy into my practice. I encourage folx to lean into vulnerability and authenticity as we walk your healing journey together. I’m here to support you, in becoming the best you, in the present.

Supervision Style:

My supervisory style intertwines with my therapeutic style –collaborative, empowering, affirming, validating, supportive, and meeting you where you are. What a privilege to take part in the clinical (and personal) development journey of the mental health field’s newest movers and shakers!

Professional Interests:

I’m passionate about Black liberation, social justice, and creating spaces where folx can be seen, heard, and affirmed in all their identities. My clinical areas of interest and expertise center Black student experiences while attending predominately white intuitions, gendered racial microaggressions, navigating racial stress, cultivation and maintenance of friendships between Black women, and holistic care and wellbeing for Black women.
