Therapeutic Style:

My therapeutic style is grounded in a strengths-based, multi-culturally oriented approach, where I prioritize meeting you right where you are. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for a meaningful therapy experience, and I’m here to collaborate with you in exploring your goals and be a part of your journey toward healing and self-discovery. Drawing from a narrative and interpersonal perspective, along with a Feminist and Multicultural worldview, I strive to create a space where you can share your story. I’m always eager to learn from and with you, and I hope to support you in exploring and owning your unique narrative.
