Therapeutic Style:

My therapeutic style is rooted in a multicultural framework, emphasizing the interplay between individuals and the larger systems they are a part of. I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients can explore their multifaceted identities and understand how these identities interact with the world around them. I pull a lot from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my practice, focusing on creating meaningful learning experiences within the therapy room.
