Therapeutic Style:

I employ a direct, strengths-based and individualized approach with my clients and frequently incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy into my therapeutic style. I often implement Motivational Interviewing into my techniques when interacting with clients and building an open, honest rapport.

Educational Background: 

I obtained my Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychobiology from UCLA in 2016 and recently obtained my Master's in Social Work degree from the Ohio State University in 2021.

Personal Interests: 

I am an avid gamer and love to solve puzzles. I often enjoy practicing yoga and trying new restaurants, and I own a dog and a cat, both of whom are incredibly spoiled and know it!
