Therapeutic Style:  

My goal in therapy is to create an environment that is safe and comfortable for students to process whatever their needs may be.  My therapeutic style include strength based, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with Motivation Interviewing to help clients through challenges they may be experiencing.  I support clients through exploring their identities, and create a therapeutic setting that encourages exploration of self.

Professional Interests:  

LGBTQIA+ community, Mindfulness practices, trauma-informed care, Women’s Issues & Empowerment, Survivors of Sexual Violence/Domestic Violence

Educational Background: 

Bachelor’s in Social Work from Ohio University in 2018 and Master’s in Social Work from OSU in 2019.

Personal Interests: 

I love spending time outdoors, hiking, going on long walks and spending time with my dog Meadow.  I also enjoy yoga and curling up the couch with a good book.
