Therapeutic Style:

My therapeutic approach is eclectic combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other modalities suited to the needs of the client. I have a person-centered focus and believe the therapeutic relationship is the core of meaningful change. I value the intersection of an individual’s identities, cultural influences, and lived experiences.

Professional Interests:

My professional interests include working with those seeking support with anxiety, depression, racial identity formation, life transitions, trauma, and spirituality, particularly within the BIPOC population.

Educational Background:

I earned my Master of Science in Community Mental Health Counseling from the Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development at the University of Rochester. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Rochester.

Personal Interests:

I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am a board gaming enthusiast and learning to play the piano.
