Therapeutic Style:
My style of counseling is focused on working together with the individual to assist them in reaching their goals and building a strong therapeutic relationship. I take a person-centered approach to allow for validation, and a space for individuals to uniquely shape their counseling experience to their needs. I commonly incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills and psychoeducation with the hope of teaching individuals how to manage their emotions and life stressors in a healthy way. I strive to empower others to reach their full potential by providing a balance of support and guidance, as I believe that mental health and wellness plays a key role in student success. I am excited to be a part of The Ohio State University, Counseling and Consultation Services and College of Nursing community to advocate for others and reduce stigma associated with mental health.
Professional Interests:
My focus areas are on individual therapy with experience in working with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions and trauma. I have previously worked at a domestic violence shelter, and as a Victim Advocate counselor.

I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Ohio University and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walsh University.
