Therapeutic Style:

My therapeutic style is developing as I begin training to be a practicing counselor. My current integrative approach is adaptive based on whoever the client is that I am seeing. I hope to incorporate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and provide a holistic, client-centered approach founded on empathy and respect. I look forward to empowering and collaborating with my clients to liberate and advocate for their livelihood.
