Therapeutic Style:

My therapeutic style is encompassing of a client’s needs and identity, utilizes cognitive, DBT, person-centered, and motivational interviewing to provide intervention methods that are adaptive to the client’s needs. The goal is to be as collaborative as possible with clients to assist them in achieving their goals in a safe, empowering, and open environment.

As a professional in an outreach position, the goal is to extend that safe, empowering, and open environment to the campus community and be a guide to inform students of resources in the community and on campus.

Professional Interests:

My professional interests are but are not limited to: the LGBTQIA+ community, community practice and development, harm reduction and prevention, substance use and dual diagnosis disorders, and loss and grief.

I do not hold any liaison roles at this time.

Educational Background:

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Findlay, and I am actively enrolled in the ASAP MSW program here at The Ohio State University with an emphasis in community and social justice.

Personal Interests:

My personal interests include writing poetry, reading literature, listening to music, and admiring artwork. I am a huge fan of documentaries, sci-fi/fantasy, and crime tv shows. I enjoy exploring new areas, spending time with my friends and family.
